“Super easy transaction with very clear instruction once you receive your SIM card. Within an hour of receiving my new sim, it was activated and ready for use. I haven’t had any need to contact Phonebot for further support at this stage but hopefully my initial experience is a sign of how Phonebot do all of their business. There deals are also extremely competitive and not being on a fixed plan means I am not stuck with Phonebot if ever I am less than happy. I would highly recommend as a new customer.”

“Hi All, I did receive the mobile in a fast way and outside was impeccable. However, charging cable is really poor which is not charging my phone and I had to buy a cable so I could use it. Also, battery is not lasting longer, my phone was fully charged and I had a video call for 15 minutes that took 10% of my battery.”

“My Samsung Gs10e in flamingo pink looks immaculate, pristine but I haven't used it yet. I asked a lot of questions prior to and just after purchase to clarify the description ratings of refurb phones and staff fairly quickly and faithfully responded although some gave more informed answers than others! There are a number of methods available to contact Phonebot. I paid more for the phone I wanted from Phonebot because I didn't find any worrying feedback about the company. I feel assured that customer support is available should I require it for any reason.”
