From acquiring a gently used product, our team of highly qualified technicians grades and refurbishes each device and only the most delicately used are on sold to consumers in our shops & online. Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

“Ordered a ‘as new’ iPhone XR from Phonebot and all has been delivered as advertised, complete with a free wireless charger and phone case. Indeed, it certainly does look like new - not a scratch or mark on the screen or casing. I’ve only had the phone three days but it appears to be working perfectly, based on everything that I’ve opened and operated to date. Very happy with Phonebot and the iPhone XR.”

Mr Joseph Shierel Benosa has got an Apple iPhone SE 2020 (128GB) [Like New] from us and after more than 3 weeks of delivery he is claiming that his phone was received faulty. He claims that he could nout charge the phone at all from the day one and wants us to send him out a replacement prior to the return of the core phone, which is not an acceptable request!! Since, we are a customer centric business, therefore, we asked him to return the phone and get it fixed because as per his claim it was un usable but he never returned the phone and upon calling him he says the phone is working now and he will return it if he finds a problem with it. Now the ball is in your court, please decide that do we deserve this one star?

Unfortunately once the parcel is dispatched we directly have little control over making sure that is delivered on time.
