We will like to request you to have a look at the box of your Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus where its printed as 512 GB device as we were also under the same impression because rest of the functionality tests were already conducted on the phone after we received the stock from our vendor therefore we rectified the price right after you updated about it's downgrading in terms of the memory capacity. “This is the first time I am buying a product from Phonebot. The reason why I am giving poor review Because the item I bought was advertised as Refurbished but I received an item which is used and in a bad condition. And I had to return the item very next day itself.”

Hello Rinu, Thanks for your feedback. Our refurbished devices are pre owned and that's why we have clear guidelines representing the cosmetic condition. Grade A would be 8/10 cosmetic condition or above whereas Grade B would be lower and so forth. Our refurbishing process includes changing a faulty part or replacing the battery IF degraded, however we don't replace the housing/casing based on its condition. If the phone's original battery maximum capacity is found less than 85% then the batteries are replaced with the OEM batteries else the device is sent with the original battery same goes with every component of the product, its checked and replaced if needed. Now the phone that you ordered was a graded A Samsung Galaxy S8 with the Actual Pictures of the device listed in the advertise on our website and we believe that was the same merchandise which was delivered to you. In case we were not able to meet you expectation then we are sorry and will like to proceed with your instructions of refund of the order. “I ordered an A grade quality phone but received what is definitely only B or C grade with a very scratched screen. Only received a response to my complaint when I said I would give bad reviews. Took two weeks to get my pitiful refund with multiple requests. I wish I had just purchased secondhand locally.”

“Its disappointing that I chose to place an order via Phonebot due to description of the items for sale and also the shipping terms. I am questioning why the express post is offered as I paid for this service but have still not received the item. As a recommendation I believe you should mention when deliveries need to be signed for as this could cause additional delay with the delivery which is already longer than expected.”

“Not entirely happy with the service, put order in on a Wednesday and paid express post. I am guessing the order wasn’t processed until Saturday when I got a call saying they didn’t have the colour I wanted. They arrived a week after I ordered them express post. Bought 2 phones both chargers don’t work and one isn’t even compatible with the phone! Also one of the phones is having issues setting up Siri. These were a Birthday present for our kids, little disappointed.”

“two days in a row no one available to answer a phone query. If this is normal you should state that phone contact is not readily available. Order placed last Thursday, if no gold phone available surely could email straight away instead of Tuesday. I allowed 10 days to get phone to us for grand daughters birthday. I hope with changed address details that it will arrive at new addresss by next Monday. Thank you. Communication is the most important factor for people to understand problems.”
