“The site is simple to use and navigate. Each listing of a phone has it's rated quality as well as example pictures to show what to expect. My iPhone 12 pro came in only a few days and was in immaculate condition. I chose the Grade A option and it looked as if my phone hadn't even been used. I also use their store in Reservoir to fix my phone every time I crack my screen and they have a fast turn around and give you a choice between a Genuine or cheaper replica screen to choose from. From experience, the replica screen is just as good. Highly recommend this place.”

“I bought an Iphone 8 plus A grade. When the website mentioned some markings that cannot be seen at arms length, I expected those to be on the casing. Instead, there was a 10 mm long scratch in the middle of the screen. This is extremely annoying and very disappointing. We are now up for an additional $100 for an aftermarket screen. It is the second phone which I have purchased and will now be the last.”

“It's easy to write a good review when everything is running smoothly. But when things get tricky, that's when customer service really matters. I had an intermittent problem with a refurbished iPhone 12 I'd picked up the day before. Apple identified the problem as a module failure- something that wouldn't have been picked up if it was checked when the module was working properly. It still had Apple warranty, but the "geniuses" at an authorised Apple repairer (I won't name) gave me the run around. I brought it back to Phonebot- and the manager took over and was super-helpful, offering a number of different options until I found one that worked best for me. The phone is on it's way back to Apple for repair/replacement and I have a loaner until it returns. I wouldn't hesitate in buying again from Phonebot and I have already recommended them to some of my friends. Good work.”
