From acquiring a gently used product, our team of highly qualified technicians grades and refurbishes each device and only the most delicately used are on sold to consumers in our shops & online. Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

“Recently purchased a refurbished iphone x A grade. Came in perfect condition with only a minor mark in the bottom corner. customer service was great. Only little downgrade was that i couldn't turn the camera shutter sound off. Apart from that, great company, Would purchase from phonebot again.”

“Recently bought an A grade iPhone x. The phone only came with only one small scratch on the side of the phone, but came with one major problem for me. The phone i purchased was a Japanese phone, meaning that every time you take a picture, the camera sound will go of and there is no way to turn it off.”
