Order picking and postage time was great. But the box was not sealed properly and the clear case was scratched. I’ll attach a photo but it doesn’t do it justice. Might buy from them again, not sure.

Product exactly as described. It was difficult to purchase as my bank blocked payment due to the high risk nature of your business name, which shut all my banking down. The phone also arrived with the screen protector on, but it wasn’t put on well so I had to purchase a new one. Overall the product is great and arrived quickly once purchased.

Communication could have been better around my order. I was expecting my purchase to arrive on a particular day/date - as specified by the shipping notification I received, however this did not happen. When I attempted to enquire via email, my queries went unanswered. I was eventually able to make contact via WhatsApp and was told my order hadn't been shipped (despite the initial notification). There was a short period of time where my order could not actually be found but, eventually it was and I was advised of a new shipping date. Handset eventually arrived but there was a few nervous days where I thought I had made a dud purchase.

Good product (iPhone 13 Pro Max) but memory was 256 GE much less than expected 1Tb and refund was less than difference in the price of specification advertised for the product. Fast delivery.

Was pleased with the overall condition of the phone. Unfortunatly the phone had the Sprint app installed on it which as it is a pay for use app would have been removed at refurbishment. When I insert the Optus sim from my previous phones the Sprint app trys to take over various functions. RangPhonebot to see how to get rid of this app and was told to contact Sprint and unsuscribe. Replied I dont have a Sprint account to its just an app on the phone Basic reply was Dont really care. Will have to take to a tech to be dealt with.

Unfortunately the communication once my order was placed was below my expectation. I did not receive any confirmation email or deliver status updates - needed to check online myself. I called and spoke with someone and then he this was not normal and said he would resend confirmation email once he double checked my email - this was never forthcoming. I needed to call again and follow up. My phone also displays that the battery is not a genuine Apple battery so I cannot get any status on battery health so this is also not good.

Got the phone and had issues setting it up (phone would not work after downloading profile from a previous phone). I contacted tech support via messenger as their preferred method of communication. It took weeks to get someone who could help revive the phone. 5 star value for money 3 star quality of phone 1 star after sales service

Product advertised as "genuine Apple" arrives with no Apple logo or markings and no Apple packaging, no paperwork or product identifying information. I call a line that never answers and later get through to be told my new earphones are "refurbished". I await a follow up call from a "manager". That doesn't come until I reply to an email request for a review of the item. Following that harsh review, I quickly receive a call from friendly customer service manager who explains the item's origin, the reason for absence of Apple packaging - and confirmation that my new earphones are not refurbished. That conversation and an audio test of them makes me more comfortable that they are genuine. Early handling of my concern was poor, but good following my online review

Whilst ipad was perfect quick delivery they gave me the wrong cable and charger so I haven't been able to use it and still haven't sent me a new one yet

The Samsung watch was advertised as scratchless and like new.....it wasn't. It had several scratches and the battery was faulty and would not hold a charge. On the plus side, the store manager was quite good about it and I now have a refund ( returned it over a week ago ).

Hi All, I did receive the mobile in a fast way and outside was impeccable. However, charging cable is really poor which is not charging my phone and I had to buy a cable so I could use it. Also, battery is not lasting longer, my phone was fully charged and I had a video call for 15 minutes that took 10% of my battery.

Postage took longer than expected. Phone did have a small scratch that has now turned into a crack :( seems to be spreading like a windscreen, i thought the S10 was meant to be tough glass even though it hasn't been dropped by me.

Yeah the phone look perfect without crash and like brand new, but have a little dust behind the screen so i couldnt clean it :( well its work perfectly then. Thank you very much
