From acquiring a gently used product, our team of highly qualified technicians grades and refurbishes each device and only the most delicately used are on sold to consumers in our shops & online. Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

“I took the plunge and ordered a "like new" Galaxy watch 3. It basically appears brand new, and came with a compatible charger, which works beautifully. “I'm very happy with the phone. Not so happy that it didn't arrive factory reset & it wouldn't let me transfer my data via Samsung Switch & I had to purchase a $5 app from Google playstore to transfer all data from my old phone. That said it is a good phone & arrived earlier than expected.”
