Established in 2012, Phonebot is a market leader in sustainable technology products. Our aim is to reduce carbon footprint by reusing or recycling technology products. From acquiring a gently used product, our team of highly qualified technicians grades and refurbishes each device and only the most delicately used are on sold to consumers in our shops & online. Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

“Only hold up was Phonebot checking my CC but it was explained via email and all was well. All accessories were with the phone and delivery was very quick after confimation of my CC.”

“This was my second purchase from Phonebot - the first one being a Pixel 5 about 2 years ago. In both cases the purchase process was straightforward & the phones were in good condition (they were both "Grade A" phones). The Pixel 5 lasted very well & the battery was still in excellent condition, however the screen had started to detach (not Phonebot's fault) so it was time to upgrade to the Pixel 7. Delivery was fast, phone is in excellent condition & working well.”
