“It's hard to complain, I got a great, brand new, Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra, for $200 cheaper than I could buy it in any store, it was delivered quickly, and the phone is great. The only complaint I have is that the package seal was broken when it arrived. So I'm not sure whether the store had a reason for that, but as such the box had obviously been pre-opened which made me nervous. However after inspecting it all, it appears fine.”

“customer service is okay. need to keep customers informed if their order is not complete when dispatched and advise why and if missing item is coming or what is happening.product seems okay so far but with 12 months warranty at least there is hope for help if product fails.prices are slightly more expensive but the free postage is good.overall not too bad to deal with so far”

“Recently purchased a refurbished iphone x A grade. Came in perfect condition with only a minor mark in the bottom corner. customer service was great. Only little downgrade was that i couldn't turn the camera shutter sound off. Apart from that, great company, Would purchase from phonebot again.”
