From acquiring a gently used product, our team of highly qualified technicians grades and refurbishes each device and only the most delicately used are on sold to consumers in our shops & online. Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

“Generally a good service, with a few minor clerical issues. Phones were good though and as described. I bought A Grade and the only marks I could find were where the power jack plugs in. Unfortunately the phone was delivered using Toll Priority who had incredibly Poor service. Would never recommend Toll Priority”

“Excellent service and a great product. My b class pixel 3xl has no scratches and some very, very minor damage above the screen, not enough to see without closely inspecting the phone though. Phonebot also threw in a free phone case so I'm very happy with the experience.”
