From acquiring a gently used product, our team of highly qualified technicians grades and refurbishes each device and only the most delicately used are on sold to consumers in our shops & online. Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

“IPhone was excellent and happy with the price and is just like new but I do have some concern, and I am suspicious of the battery (life) as it is not an IPhone battery and the charger is not an IPhone charger both generic.”

“While searching for a phone, I found the PhoneBot websites gave clear information that enabled me to place an order promptly. The delivery was quick and I was updated about its progress. While finalising my order, I was a bit puzzled about the mention of free goods with the order, but I ignored it because I couldn't see what I was supposed to do. Then a Smart Watch turned up with my order, so I guessed that must have been the free goods. It's a mildly interesting addition, but I can't be bothered reading the instructions.”

“Mixed review, watch arrived after a week and shipping was too slow. However product is as described and happy with it. I bought 'Like New' product from them, assumed that the watch band would be original, however ended up getting a generic watch band with it. Overall, I am mixed in reviewing the product.”

“customer support I ordered and recieved a refurblished apple ultra watch , however it did not operate as indicated in their promotion.after 2 days i contacted them and returned the item. however after recieving a reply to my return complaint i have emailed their support team requesting information about any repairs or replacement. however to date i have not recieved any updated information. for a company whom reliies on a good customer experperience i find this diturbing”
