Good customer service but my phone is randomly powering itself off. I have only had my phone for about a month but the issues started within days of receiving the phone.

Very sad the guy told me it’s got Everything including a box original cable and original sound leads but I got none when I went there and I bought it for just $100 less than original price so it’s a it’s not a bargain it’s a loss

While constructive criticism and feedback for a business is always good and appreciated, outright lying and misleading feedback are not. It reflects more on you than on us. We remember your visit to the store began with a false claim that you had been offered a discount which was never offered by any of our staff but upon your self claimed discount and supplication for a discount at the store we gave you the phone which you did check what accessories are added in it and what's not as you gave up for the handsfree your self so that you could get a little more discount. Now after 15 days of buying the phone at a very good price you are blaming us for a $15 headphone with one star. Its written on our website, that refurbished devices are sold in a generic box with a compatible charger and no headphones included and for not getting it free you are accusing us of such cheap stuff. Really? You were given a discount on a fixed price shelf store, instead of appreciating you are defaming us? I Will not be purchasing another product from this company nor will I let family, friends or whoever I may come into contact with in the near future. I’ve had nothing but dodgy experiences with this company and you are not getting another chance. DO NOT try to contact me and beg to remove my review. I’m not coming back I have no trust for your company and I have no time for immature smart arses. In response to your hilarious comment - I simply left one review because that is what it is there for.... you guys stuffed up DO NOT TRY TO TURN THIS AROUND ON ME BECAUSE OF YOUR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND DODGY DEALINGS. You were told on the phone that I knew how to turn off a phone as I’ve owned one before.... stop lying, get over it and grow up! Your only making it look bad for YOU.

Hi Ty, Not sure what you're talking about here. You purchased an iPhone xs grade-B from our store and then contacted us saying there is a problem with the phone. The two issues you have told us were, 1. The speaker/microphone sound is not clear and 2. When you press the power button, the phone doesn't give you the option to switch it off. If we wanted to be a smart ass, then we would have told you that you do not even know how to switch off an iPhone xs and you're blaming us for your own ignorance of not knowing that you need to HOLD THE POWER and VOLUME DOWN BUTTON TOGETHER to be able to switch off the phone. We were polite and simply asked you to return the phone in-store for a replacement or a full refund. We were expecting that you'd come back to replace the phone or simply get your money back. We even had set aside a replacement unit for you. Anyway, since you're spamming us on social media we thought its only appropriate that the whole incident needs to be made clear for our customers to know what we have to deal with. You still have the option of returning the device within a week and get a full refund for your purchase. And next time, kindly don't abuse a business for your own ignorance. BEWARE DODGY PHONES AND EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I ordered a refurbished iphone7 plus which I must admit was shipped very quickly. They send via Toll though which meant because I was out when it was delivered, it got sent back to the depot and I had to drive 45 mins the next day to pick it up which was only the beginning of the major inconvenience. Once I got the phone running, the sound was light and muffled, overheating after using for just a few minutes and battery quickly diminished. I completely understand that it’s a refurbished phone and don’t expect brand new quality but it’s like they hadn’t even bothered to test it. It WAS NOT refurbished AT ALL. Their returns policy allowed me to return the phone however they had no other stock of the iphone7 plus. So they offered me to upgrade at a cost to me of an extra $170. Are you kidding? They send me a dodgy phone and their best offer is to try get more money out of me!?!?! It’s 4 days later and I’m STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND!!!!!! They never tried to resolve the issue, they don’t care at all.

You purchased an iPhone 7 Plus 128GB – Grade B device from us on 16/7/20 and have received it promptly as you have pointed it out yourself. The issue you faced with the phone as you conveyed to us that the speaker has a problem and the phone was heating up. When you sign in to your iPhone and start syncing your iCloud and start downloading all your apps, the phone will heat up and that’s common. Will happen with a brand new phone too when you first log into iCloud and start downloading apps. The speaker issue was identified by our staff upon returning your device to which we advised you that we can fix the problem by replacing the speaker. You requested that you want a replacement iPhone 7 plus and not have the returned device fixed and sent back to you. To which we replied we can either offer to do a full refund on your order as we do not have any more stock left to replace the iPhone 7 plus with as we are out of stock. We also gave you another option that you can consider upgrading your order to an iPhone 8 plus and pay the price difference of the two phones. We are simply perplexed that you found this to be not acceptable and you demanded that we upgrade your order free of cost or else you will go and leave negative reviews on all platforms. We then immediately processed a full refund on your order and also processed a refund for the return postage. As a business we have done what is right and what we claim to do. However, we will not bend over backward for customers like you and offer free product upgrade just because you feel like your entitled to it. Finally, on behalf of all of us that works hard to make this small business and team provide the exceptional customer service and support we are providing given the lockdown situation we are in, we hope no other business has the misfortune of having you as a customer. With all due respect to your personal information, we were just requesting to provide us with the screenshot of the Banking Portal showing that the Paypal transaction for this purchase was sourced by you as we have been victimized of Paypal chargebacks in the past as the transaction of Paypal was cancelled later by the Account holder as PayPal provides 180 days of the cancellation of the transaction. So mainly one thing was needed and that is your Name in the bank’s detail which would have verified that you as the account holder sourced this Paypal transaction hence it could not have been cancelled by Paypal unless disputed. However, as per the records, your order has been reimbursed back. We feel regret losing a customer like you but on the other hand we could not take such a big risk. Received a defective phone and experienced aggressive and rude customer service. No support at all and even sent a manipulated invoice at 1am with a IMEI inserted in the invoice. Stay away from this deceitful company.

The A-grade iPhone7 I purchased lasted exactly 6 months before battery gave up and screen started fading to white in the centre. It's become unusable after 7months. Phonebot say I just missed warranty and it'll cost over $200 to repair!? I expect my $350 purchase to last longer than that. Not happy.

Mr Prior the Apple iPhone 7 (128GB) [Grade A] that you got from us had a warranty of 6 months. The Phone was delivered to you on the 18th November, therefore, your 6 months warranty goes out on the 18 May 2020. Now I will like to inquire a little about the devices failure, if the phone had an issue with the display or battery then we could have this sorted in the beginning of any sort of malfunction like depleting battery percentage but as you are saying now you are not slightly out of warranty, it has been more than 45 days of warranty expiration but we will not let you feel any remorse in this and will like to discount the repair price to the minimum amount we can. They sold me a LOCKED iPhone X. After speaking with a guy, he said THEY MUST NOT HAVE CHECKED THAT ONE PROPERLY, because of there being so many orders atm. He advised to send it back and they would refund the cost of the phone and the postage. I sent it back, with tracking, and noticed a couple days later it had been received by them. Waited for the money for a while but nothing. Called up and spoke to the same guy again. He said there was some confusion and he would talk to his team, and call me back in 15minutes. I got no call back...not even the next day?!?! The money ended up being refunded a few days later...still no call from the guy. AND NO POSTAGE REFUNDED. (which I have followed up on and have had NO REPLY) Terrible experience....and wasted so much time.

Very frustrating service ! I ordered a phone , waited 2 days , then was contacted by email , requesting that I take a phone screen shot of my bank portal due to fraudulent activities , they needed to verify I was authentic?? Forget it I said!! Jumped in my car and drove to a shop and picked out a phone ,done took 20 mins !never use this phonebot it’s a joke on the consumer !!!!

I would never ever use this company or anyone associated with them. I organised to buy a watch from them and sold it and did not let me know until I had. Driven from Berwick to the shop in Resoviour. Was not happy at all.

The parcel was picked up for delivery on Tuesday 14th when services resumed after the Easter, and has been scanned at your nearest Auspost store it should be delivered in the following days. Too slow. I ordered the phone on a Monday and was told I would have the home by that Thursday or Friday. It's now the following Wednesday and still no phone. The tracking showed it was registered at the Preston mailing centre on Wednesday last week and hasn't since been updated, Preston is about 90km from where I live.....putrid!
