Need delivery to be quicker a few times now we have had to wait a week or two for orders to get delivery and even after paying for express post.

Ordered six days ago and haven't received the phone yet so don't have an opinion of the product yet. All just a bit slow, even after paying extra for express shipping.

Hello James, Thank you for your feedback, we really appreciate it. We know you were excited to receive the order and its frustrating to wait extra. Main reason for not using the Toll express shipping was their system outage which has made us to be a little cautious as we had more than 50 shipments effected under that cyber attack over Toll. Secondly your order waited 2 days before the processing because we had to wait for the verification of order from your end. After your confirmed, the 3 day it was dispatched and as per the tracking details it seems to be delivered. The purchase was easy. I am sure the phone will be great when I get it however they use Australia Post for delivery and the phone has been delivered to a poster office half an hour from home so I have yet found the time to collect it. What a disgrace Australia Post!

I paid for a grade A iPhonex. It was in good condition but i would not say it was a A grade, there was scratches all over the sides, charger and cable was not orignal and no earphones in the box.. not fully satisfied what i paid for..

The order took are few weeks and I had to change phones after contacting them to find out what was happening. In the end after several emails I got a phone at a reasonable price.

phone is in good condition. delivery times were reasonable. customer relations have not replied to my query as to when the phone case I ordered with the phone will arrive. requested update on 11-12-19. it's now 14-12-19 no reply yet.

Its ok. I paid for overnight delivery - received my order a week later. The delivery company didn’t even show up the first time and they claiming the have. Didn’t leave a slip. Took me total of 4 phone calls have the phone redelivered. Shocking! Caught the delivery driver almost leaving this time - she didn’t even hop out of the car to see if I was home. I lost 3 days of work bc they needed signature and wouldn’t leave it without and failed to show up each time they promised. Told me to go pick it up at the depot. If I had a car, I would’ve went to the store and bought it myself and wouldn’t order it online. Completely shocking! The phone is good. This whole experience made me so frustrated that it’s kinda like “oh cool it’s here” took the excitement out of online shopping for me...

Order was received in a quick time frame and the overall quality of the phone is good. However, it is disappointing that I have to return it to have the camera fixed before as that was obviously not checked before selling the phone.

Please check your ordering page as the colour I wanted Space Grey had been deleted from your range and it meant I have waited longer for my phone to be delivered. You had to contact me re another colour or canceling the order.
