From acquiring a gently used product, our team of highly qualified technicians grades and refurbishes each device and only the most delicately used are on sold to consumers in our shops & online. Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

“I am mostly happy with my phone. I just find the volume is a bit low at the highest setting. I do wear hearing aids but know it is the phone. Would like to be able to adjust the volume up. Otherwise very happy.”

“I bought a refurbished iPhone 8 and am very pleased with it. However the phone arrived with free accessories which are great but the MagSafe charger has a USB-c plug which does not fit the 240-5 volt adapter used to charge the phone normally. Small mistake in handling but nuisance as I will have to buy another adapter.”
