From acquiring a gently used product, our team of highly qualified technicians grades and refurbishes each device and only the most delicately used are on sold to consumers in our shops & online. Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

“I had been looking at the site for a couple of months as I was quite wary of buying online without seeing it first. But I took the chance and bought a Samsung Note 20 and I couldn't be more happier. Transaction was easy and hassle free. Phone is in excellent condition and works fantastically. I would highly recommend buying from phonebot without any concerns at all.”

“Very friendly and the phone is perfect”

“My overall experience was quite confusing as I was told multiple, inconsistent things when I asked questions. As a customer I would expect that the information that I am being given is going to be consistent, and not told different things by different people. Other than that, my product I have bought is good and no problems so far, and it is everything as advertised. Whilst I was able to save a bit of money through purchasing at Phonebot, next time I would probably buy at a place in person, as this will avoid the frustration of mix messages.”
