Established in 2012, Phonebot is a market leader in sustainable technology products. Our aim is to reduce carbon footprint by reusing or recycling technology products. From acquiring a gently used product, our team of highly qualified technicians grades and refurbishes each device and only the most delicately used are on sold to consumers in our shops & online. Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

“Phonebot delivered a great iPhone to my house within 4 days as it claimed. It also said that it would have minor scratches and dents although I have no scratches or dents in my iPhone! Thank you phonebot”

“Bought a refurbished S20+ 5G after some research around buying new VS refurbished, and the S20 VS S21 debate. I also did some digging around other refurbished sites, and I'm so glad I went with Phonebot. The phone was practically new, came with chargers and a free car wireless charger! Setup of the phone was easy and I haven't had any problems yet. 10/10 would reccomend these guys and save buying a new phone!”

“My teenage sons put me on to Phonebot as they too are aware of the importance of recycling, sustainability, looking after the environment, etc. My old phone was dying rapidly and I needed a replacement quickly. Phonebot came to the rescue when I rang them late on a Friday afternoon. They had an 'as new' phone ready for me to pick up the next day on a Saturday afternoon!
