Established in 2012, Phonebot is a market leader in sustainable technology products. Our aim is to reduce carbon footprint by reusing or recycling technology products. From acquiring a gently used product, our team of highly qualified technicians grades and refurbishes each device and only the most delicately used are on sold to consumers in our shops & online. Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

“Unfortunately the communication once my order was placed was below my expectation. I did not receive any confirmation email or deliver status updates - needed to check online myself. I called and spoke with someone and then he this was not normal and said he would resend confirmation email once he double checked my email - this was never forthcoming. I needed to call again and follow up. My phone also displays that the battery is not a genuine Apple battery so I cannot get any status on battery health so this is also not good.”

“I found that Phonebot were very reasonably priced we’re in good condition and gave the option of deciding on quality of phone example As New, etc. I got a warranty which is not available when buying from Facebook Marketplace or Gumtree. I needed to discuss a special requirement for a friend that I was buying this for, and I found the staff helpful and knowledgeable and was able to order what I needed. In general an above average response, I would be happy to recommend them.”

“Terrible customer service. Phone is from the U.S., which was never declared on the listing, which means I have a permanent notification up the top saying my sim isn't a Verizon sim and that all features may not work. After emailing Phonebot I was met with hostility and refusal to rectify the issue. Would never buy from here again and would never recommend anyone do so.”
