Only one note, the description didn't say whether the phone was Aus or overseas delivered... At least a line mentioning this and any reassurance of compatibility with Australian networks would be a good thing, I was a little on edge realising this after checkout and waiting for delivery.

Terrible customer service. Never answer the phones. Take your money and tell you the iPad will be repaired in 48 hours (2 weeks out of warranty) 1 month later and still no iPad. No one returns messages or emails. Zero care is given. We will be elsewhere. Can recommend Rebelo.

Their returns policy allowed me to return the phone however they had no other stock of the iphone7 plus.

I bought a smart watch. It arrived without a strap and with the wrong charger.
I contacted support and they said they'd send me the correct charger.
That was 2 weeks ago. Still no strap. Still no charger.
I had to find another solution, and I'm told that to get a refund I'll have to pay postage to return the items (when then eventually arrive!). I hope this can get rectified soon.

After receiving the phone within a week, would have been better next day , the phone was in good condition but the battery health was only 88% whereas I had paid the top price for the phone to be at 90+% , after calling them they could only offer to exchange which was not an option for me as I had needed to start using the phone, I asked for a partial refund for difference to next grade down which they refused, I was not happy with the after purchase service, once they had their money that was it , would not recommend

There was a large amount of debris under the volume and power buttons. As well as a poor battery life that only lasts about 1 minute before dying again. I would like a full refund if the product price.
