Hi There, Looks like its an incorrect Feedback, you bought Apple Airpods on 15th Dec, we got them delivered to you on 18th Dec. Now its an OEM accessory by Apple, hence, can't be questioned. Please reconsider your feedback. Regards, Team PB!
