And will like to explain you that you paid us for expedited shipping via Toll but unfortunately due to their systems being down we were not able to send your package through them hence it was sent via Auspost. Otherwise it was dispatched in a timely manner. We will like to apologise for the delay in receiving the order, we would have certainly not let you wait but its not in our hands as deliveries are made by separate entities like Toll and Auspost. You can check the tracking link, we sent the product in timely manner as your order was dispatched dispatched and got lost which has still not been retrieved where as we are on our toes to keep our customers happy and their satisfaction is utmost for which we dispatched the Replacement without receiving the lost one back. But once again we are so sorry for the hassle that you have been through due to the their logistic disruptions of Toll and we know how frustrating it is to wait for that long but Phonebot and Toll are two separate entities and wouldn't it be wrong to blame us or rate us bad even after we paid for the best possible service with all good faith? “I paid for a grade A iPhonex. It was in good condition but i would not say it was a A grade, there was scratches all over the sides, charger and cable was not orignal and no earphones in the box.. not fully satisfied what i paid for..”

“Without my consent or knowledge you sent my phone to a 7-eleven that is an hour and a half from my home. And told me that I had to pick it up within 7 days. Since I work a full time job the 3 hour travel time is nearly impossible for me.”
