From acquiring a gently used product, our team of highly qualified technicians grades and refurbishes each device and only the most delicately used are on sold to consumers in our shops & online. Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

“My purchase (Android Phone) arrived on-time and in the condition advertised but the charging cable supplied was the the wrong one. I emailed and asked for a correct cable to be sent to me. Phonebot replied that a replacement cable would be sent and it was about 1 week later. Very happy.”

“Unusual communication methods variety of different people over a variety of different platforms so hard to know if it was genuine or spam. Slow to post out and not shipped and received as promised within the advertised time frames, but after multiple calls it was finally picked up from sender address by Aus Post courier within half hour of my last call. Excellent quality handset once I actually received. Thank you guys maybe just improve on meeting your advertised guarantee of receipt or maybe remove your guarantee from your website as it builds false hope to buyers. Thanks again.”
