Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

“Beware of false advertising.. was told phone was in immaculate condition over the phone but when I went to the shop to pick up the phone it was not in that condition i don't think they take into consideration the fact i drove 1hr to get there and 1hr back ... description is everything”

There is a certain possibility of not meeting your expectation for a used device rated as Grade B Refurbished, because these phones are sold at throw away prices quite literally! & These handsets work 100% but don't look so good naked. Chuck on a cover and a tempered glass though and you'll be laughing! Cleaned, wiped and with new batteries above 80% these handsets are for people on tightest budgets and unbelievable value for money. Also includes charger and cable. And thats mentioned on the website too. Just in case you're not satisfied with the product, we offer a seven days no questions asked return policy, and will be happy to stand firm on thay. “Recently purchased a refurbished iphone x A grade. Came in perfect condition with only a minor mark in the bottom corner. customer service was great. Only little downgrade was that i couldn't turn the camera shutter sound off. Apart from that, great company, Would purchase from phonebot again.”
