Did not receive the phone that I wanted. When I phoned back, I was told that they didn't do it so all they could do would be to increase the cash back...... The full amount agreed was never received! Lesson learned, never again!!!

staff at my local branch are polite competent and professional tho I did not enjoy handing £100 insurance preimium when I was already paying insurance I have no problem with fones 4 u they r ok

Bought a new iphone 5s and both the volume buttons are sticky, so i cant single click the volume up or down, its all or nothing. Poor considering it was a brand new phone

When I took out my plan in May it had a £50.00 cash back offer ,after many phone calls I am still waiting for the Money?? It will be the last time I upgrade by phone. Have upgraded many times in store and no problems .

Was sold a contract with a defective phone, went instore and was told its a 4g phone on a 3g plan and will have several internet issues! I have problems with calls dropping out, people often complain they cant hear me and put the phone down, if i put on loudspeaker it cuts out and they cant hear me ! Even switching ears causes interruption. I like the phone for most of its features but i don't feel its fit for purpose i will be returning to the store to discuss my options soon

Was told Phone would be next day but twice it was sent to wrong town. it was very stressful just to get phone. When phone was here notice small crack in glass

It was agreed and the reason that I used phones4u was that I would received a Gear watch as a free gift. After 2 month no watch.

Since then you have spoken to Paul, in our Customer Services Team, who raised the cashback for you. No i am not at all happy with Phones 4u - having up graded my phone - thinking everything will just carry on - ie payments i am now faced with a bill because it was not set up by the phone 4 u rep - even the insurance for the phone wasnt set up either - and trying to get through to customer service centre took 45mins so thats also going to cost me money ----------- my daughter would like a phone now cos she is going to High School but i certainly will not be going to phones 4u - its a joke and i am just going round in circles cos NOBODY will accept responsiblity as whos at fault phones for you are blaming EE and ee ARE BLAMING PHONES 4 u - AND I AM NOW STUCK WITH A BILL FOR OVER £164 which is for ONE MONTH?

Wouldn't recommend Phones4u due to the fact that some of the customer service was appalling.....even after I was given cash as a gesture of goodwill. Also there seems to be no customer backup if you upgrade online by going in store if you have a problem.

Hi Joanne, Thanks for getting in touch and leaving some feedback. I'm sorry to hear of your experience. I can see there was a problem regarding the colour of the handset received and not being able to exchange in store. I'm afraid due to our tills operating on a different system they do not currently have the facility to process exchanges for Web / Telesales customers.
