None of the several staff I spoke to after I received a faulty phone knew what to do to return the phone because I'd ordered it online rather than buying from a shop. Even the sales assistant in the shop had problems finding someone who knew what to do with my phone and was bounced back and forth between head office and tech support. Took a ridiculous amount of time to sort out, and a ridiculous amount if time waiting for a replacement phone. Terrible customer service.

I can assure you that we do aim to make this as quick and easy as possible. As you have purchased your phone over online/over the phone with us, it does mean that we do need to process your exchange for you and it can not be done in store. Very speedy service - ordered my phone in the afternoon and it arrived before 11 am the following morning.

They promise all stuffs with false information and after signing up the contract they ditch the customer. If you enquire abt that again and question them they just say apology. As mine was an upgrade they did not even given me an option of cancelling the contract. So I did not given any option other than continue with the contract. Don't trust these guys. What ever they say is only the marketing strategy. Note that you cannot speak to the same person with whom you signed in the contract which makes them easy to wash off their hands with just an apology. Very much unsatisfied with the purchaase.

I was inform me I could update my phone, I asked would it be trouble free and easy, no it was not!!!!!!!! My switch from Orange to EE has been a disaster, no direct debit set up, 2 late payments now sat on my credit file, sat on the 150 number for 40mins trying to correct it, great service!!! I have asked for my credit file to be corrected, if it is not put right I will be going to the Ombudsman! I expect to have the credit file correction confirmed in writing. Ken Dale

Ok. The return and resend of phones jaded my experience slightly...After asking for iPhone I didn't like and went for Samsung s5. Sim card is different for both phones and this should be been picked up but had to go and get sim card from shop. Had to go to.phones4 u shop and was made to wait for an age before even being acknowledged by staff. Then went directly to ee shop and got sim card without hassle.

This should then have been sent out to you with the phone so that you could be up and running straight away. Used Phones 4U in the past and for some unknown reason I went to another phone 'warehouse' for a contract. When I tried going back to the other place top change network I was reused a contract. They tried to blame the carrier but after an hour on the phone to the carrier, they said there shouldn't have been a problem. So off I went to Phones 4U online and after selecting a tariff within a few minutes I was set. Phone was delivered the next morning and I couldn't be happier :-)

It has been a very poor service with no attention to customer service. Received one line upgrade only while I did apply for 2 lines and the reason given was an absolute lie that ee has refused on the grounds of low credit while ee confirmed to me that I am eligible and preapproved for upto 5 lines.also phone received is not in a good working order which I did complaint about and received no answer whatsoever till now . would never use again and will make sure to take it further with trading standards.

Quick service, very helpful, got exactly what I wanted at a very good price. Delivery was quick with no issues! Very happy with my phone. Only one quibble, I want offered any extras or freebies!!

Never got my smartband. Also my plan has BT wifi but I've never been prompted to sign up or told where to sign up, so I can't use it. Other then that, great service. Next day delivery and here before I started work.

Initial call was received and operator and i had good clear discussion and came to an agreement over my new phone. The telephone didnt arrive and 10 days later the operative called to say the paperwork got lost in the system and he would resolve the issue. He did this and within 48 hours my new phone arrived and the changeover went well. Thanks for the good service.

I upgraded my phone to Samsung S4 black Edition and got a cash back of 48pounds and also 1 year Gourmet society free. Wow, what an excellent services packaged with good customer services. Well done Phones 4 U, you did tried your best to get me a good deal. Bless you all.
