“Cowboys . The most expensive in the business but they never turn-up, lock you in contracts for years on end , never reply. Avoid at all costs . So many companies cheaper and better than them .”

“Awful from start to finish. Charge for collections missed that never happened!! Zero customers services but 1000% success rate at false promises and no collections!!! Avoid!”

“Not even a star. These people are essentially thieves. 7 months in and 2 waste collections. Attempt to contact them and they blame it on fairy tail shenanigans. Save yourselves a headache and take your business elsewhere.”

“Prices go up about 10% every year which they don't tell you about and when you try and cancel they say you are locked into a 5 year rolling contract and to read the small print. We told them to get stuffed and after a flurry of threatening letters and phone calls they finally sent us a credit note for the £700 odd early termination fees they had tried to impose (after 9 years). All they want is your money. Repeatedly. Do not use this company. Zero customer care.”

“AVOID THIS COMPANY. I would give zero stars if it was possible. Still waiting for a collection. We are up to our ears in clinical waste. Have been promised countless times that they are 'on their way'. Conniving lying company with no customer service whatsoever. One time they said they had come, and even provided us with a consignment note. However, the name on the note and signature was falsified as no such person exists in this company, and the bins had 'NOT' been collected although we had to send photographic evidence supporting this. If you are thinking about using this company, do yourself a favour and think again !!”

“Dishonest and immoral company. They will lock you into a contract without your knowledge and consent. They will intimidate and bully you if you dare to leave. They renew contracts by stealth without obtaining a consent even signature. They are very expensive, have zero customer service and they do not provide the service you pay for. AVOID at your peril. You are dealing with sharks. I would give big fat zero if I could”

“A really poor, dishonest approach to business. The handling of the account by the account manager has been appalling. When something is not right, a replacement can be arranged with a new 5 year lease attached! How about make sure the product is fit for purpose and don't recommend the wrong items for locations where they are unsuitable. The communication is unclear. Sign up for between 3 and 5 years. I think they work to an auto renew for another 3-5 years.... or so it seems with their attempt to hoodwink the business into continuing with them. I think we will see each other in court. I would not use this company again.”

“I would like to give zero stars! AVOID this utter useless and extremely expensive company! Boxes not been collected for SIX MONTHS! Still waiting. Sign at your peril..contract automatic rolls over and is a bugger to cancel! Fortunately we can in two months. Bettet services for a lower cost out there”

“Yet again PHS was late with my amalgam collection. Upon ringing customer services the only response I could get was 'I can only apologise' repeated to me numerous times. My collection was two months late (not for the first time) and I could not establish when I would receive notification about the timing of my overdue collection.”

“After signing a contract for a service and pre-paid for a year No Service three phone calls and emails gave notice to cancel contract, Then they threaten Legal action and court proceedings for there lack of Service, Sadly I will be taking Legal Action on this outfit myself, They don't listen to problems and think they have you, Do they know that for a contract to be legally binding that they have to honour there side? unsure if they have the basic understanding what a contract means so bring it. Customer Service agents that are arrogant and ignore emails along with not allowing you to speak to anyone who understands the problem to begin with.”

“Watch out for the Terms. You think you are signing up for a set period but then after they over charge you and give you no worthwhile service, they then screw you when you try and leave by using a line in the terms which claims you have signed up for double the time that you thought you had ! Really awful company that have pre-planned abusing their customers by adding this to their terms. They know you will lave them because they are rubbish and so they have added this clause to make sure they can abuse you more. AVOID PHS !! AVOID PHS Awful company”

“I was warned that PHS were poor but the sales person promised they would meet all our needs ! What a mistake ! Its been awful, chasing them all the time and getting no worthwhile service and yet they charge so much ! i wish I had listened when I was warned and avoided this company altogether ! My advice - DO NOT USE PHS !”
