As communicated by our customer services team, we dispatched your order upon receipt and followed your call chasing non delivery with a replacement order. You would have also been offered a refund on this occasion. Our customer services team have refunded your order upon request and confirm this has been completed. “The order took almost 2 weeks to arrive, something which we were not informed of when ordering. Also I received an email saying it has been despatched but when I rang up it hadn’t yet been despatched. Too long to wait for an urgent medical thumb strap.”

We're sorry you had to wait, but our web-site did have notices placed across the top of the web-page to state orders placed between Christmas and New Year would be dispatched on/after 2nd January. For all urgent orders, we recommend selecting the DPD/Courier option for next business/working day delivery as we have no control or notification on delays to the standard postage services.

“I only ordered a Theraband but it arrived quickly and efficiently and has been in use ever since. The only gripe that I have is that the p&p was roughly twice the price of the product that I bought which was small and light and could easily have been sent by 1st class post for much less!”
