“Bought a pair of Sorbothane Full Strike insoles at a competitive price. Paid for next day TNT courier delivery, which was provided (though it would have been good to have been given a delivery slot by the courier, particularly as actual delivery was late afternoon). Insoles fitted into my boots well - and were tested successfully the following day on a 15-mile walk across the North York Moors!”

“I found the website very clear & easy to navigate & then I spoke to a very helpful lady on the telephone to confirm my choice of TNS Unit. I placed my order online & received confirmation of my order very soon after. The order arrived in just 2 or 3 days. Very pleased with the product & service.”

I have looked into your order and can see that your order was despatched on 13th September (the day you placed the order) via 1st Class Royal Mail. As per Royal Mail, we are told to wait 7 working days before the item can be regarded as lost - as your order is at this point, I am keen for you to get in touch with us to see how we can resolve this issue. “My order took a lot longer than I expected, my husband exactly the same product and received it within48 hrs. Don't rate delivery service”

Hi Karen, Thank you for your feedback - we are sorry you feel the delivery service has let you down. I have personally looked into your order and found you ordered after 5pm on Friday 8th September therefore your order was despatched the next working day on Monday 11th September via Royal Mail 1st Class which usually takes around 3-5 working days to arrive, however this can be up to 7 working days as per Royal Mail's estimations. Given this feedback was received on 18th September, I do believe that the delivery time did fall within Royal Mail's estimations although some parcels can arrive much quicker depending on their demand.
