Hi Francis, I am extremely sorry about your issue. We can see on our system that the product was despatched quite some time ago but has still not reached you. “We have ordered a tens/ems machine, and after 7 days we still have not received it despite being assured that it was sent on the day it was ordered. My husband had a stroke in June and the physiotherapists recommended this piece of equipment. He has had three physio sessions since ordering and has not been able to get it set up. We are on holiday next week, so he will have lost two weeks of stimulation to get his arm working again. The first time I phoned I was told there was nothing that could be done for seven working days, then a claim would be put in to royal mail. Today I was told they would send another one, but of course as this is a bank holiday weekend we most likely won't get it until Tuesday, which means it still can't be set up for use whilst we're away. So all in all we're not happy”

“very speedy delivery, no problems. BUT the epicondilytis clasp we replaced had only lasted just over a year, failing in the same place that the previous clasp hah done”

“I was a physiotherapist, so new what I needed when I kept having, pins and needles, causalga and pain down my arm. It has helped considerably. I do have help to apply it but have managed to put it on, on my own.”
