“Produced in line with order. The negative bit is that ups advised delivery on one day but did not turn up. The revised the day and turned up in line with that. Poor service from ups as they must have known they would not make the first date on which I had to change arrangements unnecessarily. But great picture on my canvas print.”

“On the website, they claim that production time is 24 hours if payment is cleared by 7 a.m. This was the case for my order. 4 days later and my item has still not been shipped, despite several emails back and forth about this. I would understand if production took twice as long as they state on the website. But 4 times is not acceptable, especially when they know I need this order shipped. No effort was made by this company to honor their own promises on their website and email correspondence. I cannot recommend this company when others are doing a better job and keeping their promises to their customers. The telephone number they have online is only available during "business hours"! I have called them several times during the day and never been able to speak to anyone. They do not inform you of what the business hours are! Just stay away from this company.”

“Really impressed with my XXL canvas, bright colours and nice and sharp, packed well and delivered promptly. Take the plunge and produce some lovely wall decor. In fact I will be using mine in a beach themed area in our garden, the subject being Southwold Beach Huts. Have more canvas prints planned, family shots this time.”

“I have always been very pleased with my canvasses, apart from one occasion, whereupon I contacted Customer Services, and my canvas was replaced. The special offers are very good value. Delivery is usually quite quick.”
