“Nice frame well packed. Very pleased with this frame although still a bit shocked by the price. It was however v well made, I appreciated the multitude of clips holding it firm and the two cork wall-holdoff dots were a great touch. Would be good if it came with hole position indications for hanging in both orientations”

“Excellent service. There is a very wide choice of frame styles and you can custom fit them to any size. It was easy to put in the details and order the size we wanted on the website. We were informed of the progress of our order at every stage and the frames arrived quickly, very well packaged and protected. We are delighted with them and they look wonderful up on the walls! Beautifully made, excellent quality for a reasonable price.”

“The company was swift in delivery and accurate in making the frame, after a website error meant that I had to correct the first description of work that they sent. That they sent these updates and therefore I was able to spot the error and correct it, was, in itself, very helpful.”

“Excellent quality frame, absolutely exact custom sizing to the mm. Looks excellent, remarkable quality and very fair price point. Really good communication of the process throughout. I would not hesitate to use Picframes again and I'm happy to recommend them to anyone looking to frame pretty much anything (mine is displaying a vintage tabloid newspaper from the 1970s).”

“The frame and matting came in good time and looks good with the framed item. I removed a star since one of the edges on the matting was cut a bit jagged and was fraying, I trimmed it myself. Also the ordering process was slightly difficult because when you upload a photo of your art the preview gets messed up. I chatted with customer service and they just said it happens. At least there was someone to ask and I'm happy with the end product. I didn't find any other suppliers who offered the same.”

“Ordered 4 frames with mountings in custom sizes and all 4 were spot on, pictures went in perfectly. Also there was a handy video on the site of how to attach the hanging string to the frame, super simple but would probably have done it wrong if I hadn't watched it.”
