“Since 2017 I have had about 10 frames custom-made by PicFrames and I cannot fault them. There is a very wide range of frames available and the ordering process is fine-tuned to show you what the final frame, with the mount, and with the uploaded copy of the picture, will look like. The frames are made to amazing accuracy (less than a millimetre) and PicFrames have always kept me updated on the progress of the work. Their packing is excellent and I have never received a damaged frame. I have always found them friendly and helpful in my dealings with them.”

“The frame was manufactured in the time agreed at the time of order. The frame appears to be well made and I have complaint about the product. The experience, however, was soured by the unsatisfactory performance of the courier who delivered the frame three days after the they first advised delivery would take place.”

“Really disappointed - the joints of the frame aren't lined up correctly - called to ask to speak to customer services and was assured contact would be made - I've heard nothing in email or via telephone. What a waste of money. I was also informed that as these frames are made to order there is no return.”
