“First time using this company. Was impressed with the customer contact to make me aware of where my order was in the production line. Frames are exactly as I had envisaged - overall very impressed and would use them again.”

“II was possibly expecting the wooden frame to be a bit heavier/ more robust-feeling, (which is hard to judge from a photo online) but overall I'm satisfied with the frames and would order again. They took about 2 weeks to arrive, but I was kept informed of progress at every stage.”

“Whilst very happy with the frame and surround, the parcel had clearly been dropped and damaged. There was a chip from the frame that I had to glue into place and a small dent in the frame also.”

“I've used Pic Frames many times now and create their service highly. They are great communicators, the frames come quickly and the quality of the bespoke frames are excellent value for money. Their website is easy and clear to use too, meaning that it's much easier to make sure that you have a good-fitting frame.”

“Whilst the picture looks great I am a little annoyed at the cost of the frame and the quality, I expected it to be first class but it isn’t. It has dents in it and on the corners you can see light through them and there are a few marks that you can see at the joints, the joins are slightly out. It will do for my office but would think twice about ordering again.”

“The frame is exactly what I ordered. It was well packaged and arrived later than expected due to supplier issues but I was kept updated so no problem. My only gripe is that I wosh they did glass not plastic for the glazing. It really doesn’t look nice and cheapens the overall look of what is a lovely frame.”

“Was very impressed with the ease of the website and the service received. The prices are excellent value. I did think the variety of frames was a bit limited but found some very nice ones. One of the frames was damaged on delivery but the response by the Company has been very good.”

“I am very pleased with my frame. It is good quality. Unfortunately I found the perspex sent with the frame was damaged but after contacting Picframes, Mike soon sorted me out with a new piece which was delivered within a couple of days. Great customer service.”
