“Have ordered two frames from Picframes now. The website is easy to navigate and there is a lot of choice in designs. The frames are made very precisely, from solid-seeming materials, created in a few days, and it's very easy to assemble them - even for someone with numerous left hands like me. They seem a lot more reasonable in price than having frames custom-made in shops, I will definitely be back, and highly recommend!”

“Easy to use site for ordering a bespoke size frame. Was given frequent updates about the status of my order. Stock delivery issues meant I chose a different frame so that I could get it sooner, the partial refund for this was sorted really quickly. Parcel was packed well to prevent damage. Really happy with the product.”

“Frame is well made and just what we needed. The only criticism is that the high shipping cost is only applied at the end. This could be better advertised earlier in the process. It made me wonder whether other, seemingly more expensive sites were equal or better value for money? By the time I had put all the measurements in I didn’t want to start again on another site, but will definitely do more research if I have to order a bespoke frame again.”

“Excellent quality wooden picture frame. Made to exact measurements with nice touch of MDF support bar as the frame is very long and quite narrow. Perfect mitred corners with assume stacked underpinned wedges as no gap at the top. Good quality brassed D rings and screws with nylon cord supplied as far superior hanging to stamped in hangers. The acrylic and MDF used are also perfect.”
