“Long lead time (blamed on Covid of course) and poor communication. Had to chase my order as it took a week before we received confirmation of our order. Good point is that it was cheap in comparison to other supplier but I wouldn’t shop here again.”

“All good, I would have given 5 stars but the glass is very reflective, especially when the lights are on. I probably missed the selection on glass i.e non-reflective. if a non- reflective glass could be sent out I would love to hear from you.”

“The frames were not of the quality I was expecting, especially for the money I paid. You present yourself as providing a premium product. 1) The inserts/mounts/backing board on one frame are if anything slightly too small for the wooden frame itself, whilst on the second frame they are too large - the plastic cannot sit flush against the front of the frame because it is too tight. 2) One piece of acid-free paper backing, for which I paid extra, seems to be two shades, as though it's from the end of a roll or otherwise poor quality. 3) The packaging included sticky tape, which was stuck straight onto the frame - this could not be removed without damaging the mdf backing. 4) One of the frames has a hairline crack several inches long.”

“Very pleased with the frame, and the price, but perhaps best of all when it turned out the "glass" had unfortunately been damaged, the replacement glass arrived in 2 working days! Cheers to Nathan for the very quick fix, will definitely return. Thanks 5 stars”

“These look great and arrived on time. Got a bit of a shock when I first opened it as the blue plastic wrapping on the perspex made me think I’d ordered blue mounts not a good look! Eventually realised I had to Fully unwrap it and they look fabulous!”

“Very pleased to have come across this service for bespoke picture frames. I'm delighted with the finished article which was made to my exact requirements. It may take a little longer than you might expect but I was kept informed at all stages throughout it's making and delivery. The wait was very much worth it. Thank you!”

“My experience with picframes was excellent. Measuring up was relatively easy . There was a slight delay in receiving the frames but I was kept informed of progress having used them before I knew it would be worth the wait. My frames arrived beautifully wrapped and every bit as good as I hoped.”
