“In the past 5 years I have brought 9 frames from PicFrames. The first being in 2016 and the latest being in 2021 and I'm disappointed in how the quality of the frames have decreased but the price has increased. The latest frame that I ordered in 2021, which is the same frame I ordered in 2016, arrived poorly put together (wobbly at the joints) and a small paint chip missing on the side. The better quality fame I brought in 2016 cost £28 and the poorer one in 2021 cost £48. Unfortunately in future I'll have to shop elsewhere.”

“I ordered 3 frames from PicFrames. One is very large for a rare movie poster. One medium sized for limited edition print and one a little smaller for a painting. All 3 are fantastic. Great quality. Perfect measurements and put together so the corners and edges are all perfect. I was kept informed of the whole process by email and delivery time. Packaged well top protect against any damage in transit. I highly recommend this company. I will definitely use them again.”

“Took quite a while to arrive but I am very happy with the quality of it, the perspex is thicker than in frames I have bought from other sites and this was the only site where I could find a gold mount overall it was good value.”

“Only complaint is that the double mounts need to be fixed so that they are correctly positioned in the frame when assembled. Otherwise excellent service that will be ordered again.”

“Frame colour much darker than expected - virtually black.. Frame not wood but a type of fibre board. One poor joint with bare frame colour showing through. Very well packaged.”

“Bespoke frames of high quality with wide variety of frames available to deliver exactly what I wanted. Delivery was on time with regular communications on what happens next and when. With all this price was pleasantly lower than the price offered on tue high street frame shop. I’ll definitely use their services again. Well done and I hope you will keep the standards high!”

“Ordered 760 x 760 frame, wasn’t going to arrive in time so called them up and they moved production so I would get the frame in time for my sons birthday, thank you.”
