“Lovely oak frame at a good price, really well made. I was kept up to date on progress however it would have been 5 stars except for a bit of a delay. Having chosen a frame moulding that appeared to be in stock I subsequently waited 2 weeks before despatch. That said I would happily order again.”

“I ordered two frames, very excited to frame some of my paintings as I’ve just started painting again after 25yrs… On the first delivery both frames were damaged - probably through poor packaging - PicFrames words not mine. They replaced both frames without question and they arrived within a week. The larger of the two frames was yet again damaged. The small frame looked perfect. Customer services were once again very apologetic and very quick to try and rectify the issue. I received a third frame within 24 hours and this was perfect. However having now come to frame the pictures over the weekend, the smaller of the frames is a totally different size to the original order - I’d focussed on the quality and assumed it would be the same as size I’d ordered. So I now have five frames - but only one of which is usable!”

“Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Frames were brilliantly made and when the gallery I purchased some artwork from gave me the wrong sizes for a Birthday present, I called Pic frames and despite not being their problem, they were incredibly understanding and helpful, managing to process me a new one very quickly. Exceptional customer service. Thank you.”

“The website is very easy to use and comprehensive for all the aspects of buying a frame and mounts. Communication notifying of processing then shipment is much appreciated. The packing is perfect and much better than it was previously. The frames are excellent quality, as are the mounts and the precision cuts with no overlap. Can't fault the service or quality. Superb”

“I have generally taken items for framing to a shop. There are so many frames to choose from online with associated mounts and to user specified dimensions. I was kept informed all the way through fabrication. It took a few weeks but was delivered to my door and overall excellent value for money, when compared to what I could have paid out... good job”
