“Exdellent service, kept me informed throughout the process. Surprisingly quickly made for a made-to-order frame. Very happy with the end product, I needed an odd, very specific size for an old photograph and it fits perfectly. The only minor problem, if it can be called that, is the hanging kit was too wide for the width of the frame so I had to use my own hooks etc, but I had spares already.”

“Very disappointed with the quality of this product. Expensive, weak, wobbly and made of cheap materials. Not a patch on an IKEA frame. Sure, I am paying for a bespoke size, but this thing is awful. Even in the wall it looks cheap. Shocking for the price charged.”

“This is the second time I have used PicFrames to frame my art work. Such a simple process and can get get any size/measurement you need. I was impressed with customer service I made an error with measurements- I received a call from the company to check- so relieved they called to check as it would have been a disaster and costly mistake for me. They were happy to amend my error before making frames. Order processed quickly and arrived via courier packaging was excellent. Highly recommend this company- 5 star on products, prices and service. Can’t thank you enough”

“Very easy to use website with a good choice of frames and mounting card options. Keep you well informed of progress. Took roughly a week to arrive. Courier they use gives you a definite day and two-hour time slot. I looked at other sites but this one was far the easiest to use for designing the frame to suit. I was going to use a local framer who decided not to be there when I took the picture down. This service saved me quite a bit of money and I will be using them again in the future.”

“I didn't shop around exhaustively but looked at a few different sites. The picframes website was easy to use and offered easy selection of colour ways for the mounts. They weren't particularly cheap but still a considerable saving compared to going to a specialist shop and without the waiting time. The mounts arrived quickly and were very well packaged. I actually felt that from an environmental point of view less packaging could have been used and the intergrity of the mounts still be preserved. The mounts fitted perfectly and I was well pleased with the end results”
