“First time customer here. I needed a good quality picture frame to fit an embroidery I had made. The team built it from scratch and kept up to date all the way through the process. When it came it was perfect just what I wanted and looks lovely on my embroidered Winnie the Pooh for my granddaughter so thanks 10/10 from me .”

“The frames are good quality, but the inner mounts are not super straight (I'd have thought it is done by machine?) so there was a bit of fiddling around to get the two mounts lined up neatly. Production took very long.”

“I love the ability to customise frames - it would have got 5/5 if the frame joins had not had gaps in (not that noticable - but doesn't bear scrutiny). The bevelled edging on the card cuts into the next on most corners, so another star deducted :-( However will order another one just to see what the average quality is like. Unique in offering all this so keep improving.”

“Good professional service - yes it takes longer than mass produced frames - yes you will pay a bit more however if you want to show your picture the best then you won’t go wrong with this purchase.”
