“I love everything about your service - the notes beforehand to let me know progress, the packaging - SO safe and yet so easy to get into! Why can’t all packaging be this efficient and simple to open? And all of this before the frames themselves - perfect, just what I hoped for, I have black and white studio photos of my parent I think on their engagement - 1940 or so. They look very lovely.
