Pick and Pay Lemon tree please do better. Always long ques with tills closed, it matters not which day of the week or time of the day. Be prepared, you may need to bring a book to read while you spend an hour at the till

Will never shop again at Pick n Pay especially Westwood Mall. Bought prunes which read 49.99, went to the till to pay price was R99. 99 called in manager the price was actually 49.99. Pick n Pay policy is double your money pay if the bar code is correct and the price incorrect. The manager had all different excuses not to follow the policy,to me this is way pick n pay is going downhill because of poor management, that lady manager had an attitude as if she was right. Will never shop there again.

I made an order on the 18th to be delivered between 08:30 and 09:00 on the 19th. What I didn't realize was that despite having changed my details via the WhatsApp chatbot, the app didn't sync this and was still using my old number hence the driver struggled to reach me. The order was subsequently cancelled and I was told I'd get the order value in app credit so I could reorder or cash out. Before placing another order, I wanted to resolve the number issue so I wrote an email to ask this. The person that helped me closed the duplicate account and assured me they'd also moved the app credit. When I logged in this wasn't the case so I told them. They stopped replying to that email thread over 24 hours ago and I've sent many emails asking for progress. I also asked for help via twitter. Tried submitting a new request via their pnpmerchants site via Zendesk and also sending new emails with the hope of being assigned a new agent. But nothing. Today, in fact I was gaslit by the twitter agent and told the wallet had a balance which I refuted. I finally asked them to show me what balance they saw since they said there was one, and they stopped replying. One of the tickets I'd lodged via email was closed with no response. Just closed. My money is still not in my account and I don't have the food I was supposed to have received. I really regret my purchase and will never trust Pick n Pay Asap again. This is how common scammers and crooks behave. Never would've expected a large cooperation to stoop to such levels. Nonetheless, If I don't receive my money soon I'm more than happy to file a complain with the ombudsman(CGSO) and will create threads and videos across all social platforms so others are also aware to stay away from their service.
