“Arrived at expected time. Everything fine but was surprised that real Glass was not used. I am ready to order several more frames but I find your postal charges disgraceful. I may live in the highlands but as we are just off the A9 we are not isolated. I find your ordering system and your frames excellent but have to think twice of ordering. As far as I recall the goverment was looking into the excessive postal charges for the highlands.”

“The three frames I ordered were delivered well packed. When the art was fitted the pictures looked great with a black frames. I have previously ordered from this company before and would not hesitate to order again. Great product, keep it going.”

“I had just ordered my custom made frame with delivery in 7-10 days for a commissioned oil painting. My client then asked if he could have his framed painting in 2 days time as he had to go abroad. I took Picture Frame Studio's promise at their word and asked them if there was any way they could meet this date. They said they would make it and despatch it that day! I got it the next morning ready for my client who was thrilled with the frame (and the painting!!). It was my first order - I will certainly be using them again. Many thanks. “My pictures were an unusual size and I couldn't find frames in the shops so I looked online and found your company. The order process was easy to use and my frames arrives quickly and are well made and fit perfectly. The delivery process was excellent as well as I was informed three times before delivery of the day of arrival - in case I needed to change - and also on the day of the 1 hour delivery slot which they kept to”
