“Apart from the lack of communication (I had to chase regarding receipt of payment, progress and then delivery), I was treated with courtesy and politeness and when the frame finally arrived (the delay was due to problems with their moulding supplier) it was well made, arrived with cord and fixings and I was very pleased with the final result”

“I ordered a relatively large photo frame. Unfortunately it arrived damaged and, it turns out, my measurements were slightly wrong. Picture Frame Studio dispatched a free replacement, with corrected measurements and upgraded mounting. The frame is truly beautiful - you really could not ask for better quality at this price. Customer service was exemplary. I couldn't be a happier customer.”

“The product arrived quickly and after opening I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent quality. The packaging was worth mentioning as it did a very good job of surviving the trauma of being sent by post. It is now hanging happily above the desk.”

“On time delivery and looked as expected. Couple of possible areas for improvement: Packaging - all good and safe but those larger copper staples are not great. They are hard to remove and can potential damage frames when removing from packaging. Instructions - perhaps provide instructions for how best to take frame apart and mount pictures”
