“I loved the option to scan the picture to visualise the final effect. The frame fits perfectly, an unusual sized picture which I had not been able to easily find a frame for, and is exactly as expected so I'm very happy.”

“Picture frame arrived and is lovely, however our measurements were not quite so accurate. Sent email asking what could be done as asked to do when I called the company, no response. I leave you to draw your own conclusions on customer service.”

“Excellent website. Great quality frame. Good service. My only criticism is the use of DPD for deliveries, who always email to say what date the parcel will arrive, and ALWAYS deliver a day later than they say! This won't stop me using the company, who I have had frames from several times in the past.”

“Very happy customer - the timber and quality is great, the size is exactly as ordered. Customer service was great, packaging is generous with the proportions - no chance of damage, but takes lots of space- Amazon style. Will definitely use of studio again”
