“My three frames came on the anticipated day and were well packed to prevent damage. The frames are beautifully made and I am very happy with all three. I had struggled to find off the shelf frames for my 12 x 5 panoramic photos so these were the perfect solution. Thank you Lisa”

“I bought 3 frames from the Picture Frame Studio and was not disappointed. The art work looks great in the frames and so much cheaper than sending the art work out to be framed. Excellent value for money and I would use the company again.”

“Everything arrived exactly as I ordered and the packaging was very secure, really good job. One observation! Far too many tacks holding the perspex & backing board ....takes me ages to get them out when only 4 would have done the job! It's no complaint...just an observation....VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER”

“The frame worked a treat. My only slight comment was the inner mask was very tight to the picture. I am about to order 3 more so will make the picture measurement slightly larger to allow for this. Many thanks.”

“Excellent and careful packaging, Product exactly as I had hoped it would be and very well made. Only mild criticism would be some guidance re fitting the hangy-things would have been helpful, I ccouldn't have done it but my husband did. Could the frame have had pre drilled holes in frame 2 for horizontal and 2 for vertical? Overall delighted and will use PFS again and recommend it to friends. Thank you”

“My frame arrived promptly and I was really pleased with it. On closer inspection I saw a little flaw in the frame but photographed it and sent it to customer services who came back promptly to say a replacement would be shipped out. Great customer service, wish all companies were like this!”
