“Super frames which arrived well packaged. I am very pleased with the quality and the entire process from choosing a frame to delivery was easy an the photo representation of the frames were a true likeness.”

“Good quality frames. One or two ' minor' knocks. And Perspex protector causes huge amount of static when removed. So have anti static gear at hand. Will definitely use again. Great price and quick delivery, although no delivery email as promised Thank you”

“Excellent service, quality product. Only negative - no dispatch date (even estimated) on initial confirmation. Had to wait over a week to find out about delivery - despite emailing company with an order number to confirm. Fab experience regardless, will use again and again.”

“I am very pleased with the frame I ordered - the quality and service impeccable. The frame arrived quickly and was cleverly packaged to ensure it did not get daamaged. I was amazed (and a bit overwhelmed) by the range of choice - the website is excellent and made the ordering enjoyable. As I had a print that was not standard size, I was relieved to find an on-line service that made bespoke frames for a resonable price. I would definitely recommend this company - thanks.”

“Very good service. Excellent web interface making it easy to specify the frame. Very quick and responsive service (including getting an email from Parcelforce with tracking number and estimated delivery date). Frame was well packed and is of good quality and accurately made. I am a semi-professional fine-art photographer and will definitely use Picture Frame Studio again for some of my larger framing needs.”

“I ordered a panoramic picture frame which arrived on-time, well packed and at a very reasonable price. But when I opened the package the mount had not been cut. I immediately sent an email to customer support but so far - four days later - there has been no reply. I would like to support the company as pre-sale service was good and mistakes like forgetting to cut the mount happen, but post-sales service is just as important to me.”

“Very easy to use website. Foolproof way to order just the right size frame. Excellent service. Delivery time excellent and could change to suit. Packaged extremely well, so frame arrived in perfect condition. It was a perfect fit for my new print.”

“I have always believed that the best way of assessing a company is how well they deal with problems; either caused by themselves of their customer. I can definitely say that having caused two problems myself the company's ethos to customer care is such that I wouldn't consider going anywhere else to have something framed. I am more than happy to recommend this company to anybody.”
