“I was disappointed that the frames contained plastic instead of glass. I was not expecting this given the price. I assume this is outlined somewhere on the website but I certainly didn't see it.”

“The frames are quite expensive when total cost including postage is calculated. I am disappointed and not very impressed by the lack of quality control. The mitre joints are not flat so it shows a line on the frame corners. The inside of the frame on the back is damaged by whatever tools were used to hold the material when it was assembled. If what I received is the acceptable standard I will not be using Picture Frame Studio again.”

Hello Martin, This is just not our standard for that i am sorry, I will remake the entire frame which i would prefer to do or offer you a complete refund. Please let me know what you would like me to do

“I love the frame you made for me. I wondered,on ordering,whether 'acrylic' instead of the usual glass in the frame, would look ok. I needn't have worried-it looks fine and is a lot lighter of course. Ver pleased-we would order from you again.”

“Very pleased with the service, product and price. Ordered two large white ornate frame and mounts. I called after a week to query delivery and received a polite response. They were delivered 2 days later. Needless to say, they're lovely and look fantastic with my prints in!!”

“The (two), frames were my first order with this company. Everything was just as I had been given to understand from the website. Quality was high, Instructions to remove packaging were clear. I would like a few more colour options in the mounts but other than this, nothing else is lacking from my point of view. I do a lot of photography at an amateur level and have my photos up around my house. My sister also wants some of my photos in her flat which means plenty of scope for more frames. I was buying cheaper ready-made frames and though these are more expensive, that would be expected for customised frames with coloured, fitted mounts. The fact that they are made to measure is a big attraction as I crop photos at varying sizes. I will be using Picture Frame Studio again.”
