“Really pleased with all the picture frames ordered. Perfect size and fit. Well made frames and mounts. Had slight damage to mount and frame of 1 picture and Make responded straight away to offer a replacement. Would highly recommend their service. Thank you.”

“The quality of the frame was brilliant. Solid wood as advertised, correct size. Delivery was fast, but packaging was damaged. Packaging was also really weird, fastened with large metal staples, making it really hard to unpack. Fixings to attach it to the wall came with no instructions. Some instructions were included in an email. but what was really needed is pictures.”

“My custom frame is just what I wanted, I couldn't be happier with how it looks. My only negative element is that the packaging was not as good as it could be and the package was damaged in transit so there is a big dent/scratch on the frame. Shame as its lovely otherwise.”

“Delivery was quick, well packaged which included clear and precise instructions plus string, little screws and pads to stop the frame marking the wall. The quality of the gram is excellent, I wanted something more than the average pre-made shop bought and wanted to fit my print. Super service and will definitely use again. Thank you.”

“The frames were great! Reasonable price. Good service. But the colour of the mount was not matched showing on the picture. Shiny Gold was much lighter on the picture than in real.”

“GENERALLY OK HOWEVER ONE CORNER ON EACH FRAME SLIGHTLY RAISED, BUT ACCEPTABLE. I SAID NO MOUNT BECAUSE MY PICTURE WAS ALREADY MOUNTED. YOUR FIXINGS WERE POSITIONED AS NO MOUNT SO I HAD TO REMOVE THEM AND PUT IN MY OWN. I WOULD BUY FROM YOU AGAIN.”

“Loving the frames, have already had great comments from others. The opportunity to pick the mount colours helps to show off the photo. So much better looking and quality than a standard shop bought frame and for not really that much more cost wise. Only improvement would be to have an automated email to acknowledge order.”

“Ordered a 16x12 white 23mm frame,couldn't be happier with purchase. Very good quality frame,my picture and mount fitted perfectly and looks amazing. Would buy from you again without hesitation and would be happy to recommend to family and friends. Packaging was good and secured into box.”
