“Overal, I am pleased with the box frame and delivery. The only downside is that the acid free backing board came in two halves, which meant I had to tape them together and add an additional fabric backing to cover the join and mount my textile art work onto.”

“Unfortunately the frame was broken when is arrived. The corner joins are not robustly made and the frame is very flimsy considering the high price we paid. I am disappointed with the item”

“Great service as ever. I got the measurements slightly wrong, and sent an email to ask about options- I got a really fast reply saying that this is covered on the sure fit guarantee so can be replaced for free. I can't fault the service at all - really impressed. Thanks again”
