“I would say my overall opinion of your company is excellent. I am so delighted with the frame and mount, it was just as I had envisaged and my cross-stitch fitted it perfectly. I placed my order on the Friday and my frame was promptly delivered the following Tuesday, extremely well wrapped. That meant so much to me that someone had taken the care and trouble to protect the frame so well for it to arrive safely. I will definitely recommend your company to others and will be ordering from you again. I have a few more cross stitch designs in the making!! Thank you.”

“I have a non-standard sized mounted print that I was unable to buy a ready-made frame for so, after great deliberation, I chose Picture Frame Studio to make one to measure. I chose a flat-faced solid wood frame with a brushed bronze foil finish for my print and I was not disappointed with my choice when the beautifully made frame arrived within 6 days. It was a perfect fit for my print, which now hangs on a wall and looks stunning in its new frame. I find the soft shimmer of the bronzed finish very flattering to the picture of chestnut and painted horses. I was very impressed that the frame was made and delivered in less than a week. It was very well wrapped so no damage occurred in transit. I have no hesitation in recommending Picture Frame Studio and have no doubt that you will be as happy and satisfied with your purchase as I was.”

“A Great company, always helpful and knowledgeable when you speak to someone. I have used this company for more than three years now and the quality and after-sales service is exceptional. Thank goodness I found them as I was having a nightmare with the other on-line framers that I used before. Delivery is superb with 1-hour timing from the carrier which is so helpful and Mike will always rush an urgent order through for you which is a godsend at times. “Picture was boxed/wrapped very well and the quality of the wood and fixings is excellent. The acrylic was nicely protected with film and it fitted well into the frame. I wouldn't hesitate to order again!”
