“Fast and efficient service nice quality frame a perfect fit”

“I was very pleased with the ease and flexibility of the website. The frames arrived quickly and when promised and they looked like I anticipated, judging from the web images. On top of that, the price was very good. I have fitted my pictures and they fit like a glove. The only downside is that the corners of the frames are not perfectly smooth and holes are not pre-drilled for the eyes that are provided for the string.”

“Love the frames (and the smell of real wood). Would definitely recommend the products. The only issue we had was with the couriers who never did email and tell us the delivery day - but the staff at Picture Frames were very helpful when I called and gave me the info I needed. I'll definitely be buying more frames in future!”

“I liked my frames very much and will order again But attention must be given to all details to get a complete satisfactory. I have only received one pair and a half (3 in total) of picture eyelets for 2 frames so I couldn't hang it the same day,”

“I'm very pleased with my frame. The frame is good quality wood and the plastic glass is also good quality, much better than a frame I ordered through another company. The only downside is it didn't come with any fixings to hang on the wall.”

“Very good frame for the price, looks high quality. Quite thick MDF so sticks a bit further out from the wall than expected but nothing drastic. Not the instant delivery of Amazon and the like but still very reasonable service.”

“Frames arrived promptly although Couriers just left them outside with no attempt to ring the doorbell to see if anyone was in (which we were!). Quality of product good and I'm very pleased.”

“Very happy with frames, they look well made and are supplied with everything needed. They were dispatched within the advised time frame and were well packaged in bubble wrap and cardboard and had both sides of acrylic glass covered in protective film. My only criticism was that the delivery company, Citilink, sent one email at 20.30 on the Thursday advising that delivery would be the following day but did not send a second email until 10.50 on the Friday advising a two hour delivery slot. Despite this I would order again from Picture Frame Studio as they offer a great choice of frames.”

“Products look really good and are very reasonably priced for such good quality. Thank you. The only improvement suggestion I would make to ensure 5 stars out of 5 next time would be 'contactibility'- I didn't receive a confirming email when I placed my order and when I tried to ring on several occasions no-one answered and there was no facility to leave a voice mail. My emails were replied to after a few days though. Overall I am pleased and would buy products from you again.”

“Ordered three square black frames with mounts, quite large. Came on time, very well packed. Good quality, solid wooden frames. Hanging string and brass loops supplied, easy to add. Very pleased with our purchase.”

“Very pleased with my frames, exactly what I wanted. However, delivery left much to be desired. Citylink said they were to deliver last Thursday which was inconvenient as I was out all day. Rearranged delivery for Friday but they delivered on Thursday, leaving goods in a communal hall area for 10 hours before I arrived back home. Have taken up this issue with them. Perhaps you would care to do so also.”

“Good quality, attractive frame - used for a 12x18 photo. The acrylic 'glass' attracts dust more than glass, but it is crystal-clear. Citylink communication could have been better, though it was eventually delivered when I asked.”

“Frames arrived more quickly than I expected, were very well packaged, and were exactly as designed. There was a slight imperfection in the outer frame of one picture but after a quick phone call a new outer frame was dispatched almost immediately. A very efficient service which I would recommend.”
